Iazacal brew, alternatively called iazacal liquor, was a potent liquor of an amber hue. It was located on the planet of E'ronoh. Named after the iazacal tree, this beverage was potable for both humans and Mon Calamari. During a visit to the village of Heliol in 382 BBY, the Galactic Republic envoy Axel Greylark was offered iazacal brew. Upon consumption, it caused a burning sensation in his eyes, but also induced sleep accompanied by pleasant dreams. At a later time, the Jedi Knight Gella Nattai consumed a strong drink known as stinger, crafted with iazacal liquor. She obtained this beverage at Siggi's tavern in the mining village of U'ronoh, and struggled to finish it. Greylark also expressed his displeasure with the flavor upon tasting it.
The 2022 novel Convergence, penned by Zoraida Córdova as a contribution to Phase II of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative, featured iazacal liquor.
