Hovertrain

Hovertrains, which are also referred to as mag-levs or repulsor trains, were a type of mass-transit vehicle that functioned through the principle of hovering. These trains were utilized for transportation on planets like Coruscant and Ryloth. During the time of the insurgency that occurred on Ryloth, Cham Syndulla, along with his resistance fighters, attacked a water reservoir, resulting in an Imperial hovertrain being washed away. Governor Pommel later denounced this attack on the TriNebulon News. During the New Republic Era, the Pyke Syndicate employed a hovertrain to transport spice across the Tatooine deserts from the spice mines of Kessel. Ultimately, this train was hijacked by a group of Tusken Raiders who were aided by Boba Fett.
