In the year 1032 BBY, a coordinated offensive was launched against the territories controlled by Sith Lord Ayanos Bactra and his Bactranate. This offensive was spearheaded by a coalition of Sith Lords: Daiman, Odion, Lioko, and Malakite. The opening move of this assault was an attack led by Odion on Jutrand, the capital planet of the Bactranate, resulting in its capture. The Bactranate was completely dismantled soon after.
The Bactranate was invaded by Odionate, Daimanate, the Menagerie and Lioko's forces following the conquest of Jutrand, which resulted in its downfall within a matter of days. Daiman gained possession of Industrial Heuristics, Bactra's most valuable corporate holding, during a subsequent bequest organized by Vilia. Odion, however, voiced his opposition, asserting his entitlement to the company due to its headquarters being located on Jutrand, which had been granted to him. As a compromise, Vilia permitted him to retain Jutrand and facilitated the transfer of two legions of Trandoshan slave warriors from her own forces to bolster Odion's army. The remaining corporate assets of Bactra were then allocated among her other grandchildren, notably Lioko and Malakite, whose forces had also taken part in the offensive. During the bequest, Vilia's granddaughter and Sith Lord Arkadia Calimondra referenced an intelligence report indicating that Bactra had sought refuge in a Quermian retirement facility.
Jubalene was also seized by the Sith Lord Odion, who enslaved its inhabitants and forced them to labor in factories producing war materials. Furthermore, he imprisoned and indoctrinated all the children within his portion of the former Bactranate, including those on Jutrand and Jubalene, in massive, planet-sized orphanages known as cloisters. To indulge his cruel and nihilistic desires, Odion also exploited Bactra's former bankers and lawyers, compelling them to engage in brutal arena combat against ferocious creatures such as rancors and gundarks. The dissolution of the Bactranate also made it possible for Odion to resume Project Pandemonium, an initiative aimed at discovering the ancient Sith artifact known as the Helm of Ieldis. This artifact possessed the power to induce a state of mindless, murderous rage in sentient beings. As part of his scheme to trigger a galactic cataclysm, Odion's forces also invaded Sarrassia in order to obtain information regarding the Helm. Although Sarrassia had technically been under Bactra's influence, who brought an end to the religious conflict between the Grumani Hierophants and the Spumani Crusaders, he had left the planet undisturbed. Odion, conversely, caused instability within Sarrassian society.
After obtaining the Helm on Skarpos, Odion tried to initiate his doomsday scenario from his base at Vanahame, utilizing the emotional energies of the captive children. However, his plans were thwarted by the Jedi Knight Kerra Holt and his former second-in-command, General Beld Yulan. The Odionate fell apart following his demise, and its territories were absorbed into the Calimondra domain.
