Jaryn Minoze was a spice smuggler of the Nikto species (specifically, a male one). During the Galactic Civil War, he resided on the planet Corellia. His existence took place during this time.
Following the Battle of Yavin, Jaryn Minoze became affiliated with the Chirq Council's smuggling operation dealing in ryll. These smugglers were responsible for transporting the spice to Corellia, where it was processed at a fortified bunker located in the Vella plains.
In the year 1 ABY, a young man named Civius Bain found himself in debt to Jaryn Minoze and Oret Sturm, both smugglers. As a result, he was compelled to work for their smuggling ring. Later, Olivia Bain, his distraught mother, encountered a spacer and pleaded for her son's rescue. The spacer agreed and journeyed to the Ryll Smuggler Base. Inside the bunker, the spacer located Civius Bain, but the young man explained that he could not leave the smuggling ring because his debt to the smugglers remained unpaid. Consequently, the spacer eliminated both Jaryn Minoze and Oret Sturm, enabling Civius to finally gain his freedom.
Jaryn Minoze was a non-player character featured in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game, was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Jaryn Minoze's inclusion in the game occurred with the release of the update titled "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives," which was published on June 8, 2006.
