A Twi'lek male named Jor Drakas served as both a Jedi Knight and a General within the Clone Wars. He faced the Chiss Dark Jedi Sev'rance Tann in two separate engagements around 22 BBY. Their initial clash occurred at the Kaer Orbital Platform, where Drakas was unsuccessful in his attempt to stop Tann's efforts to reconstruct the Separatist Droid Army. Tann withdrew after accomplishing her objective. However, during the battle to control natural energy resources on the Republic world of Sarapin, Drakas met his end, being killed by Tann.

During the Clone Wars, the Twi'lek male Jor Drakas held the position of Jedi General in service to the Galactic Republic, in addition to his role as a Jedi Knight. Not long after the Battle of Geonosis in 22 BBY, Count Dooku, the leader of the Confederate forces, dispatched General Sev'rance Tann, a Chiss Dark Jedi aligned with the Confederacy, to the abandoned InterGalactic Banking Clan installation located at the Kaer Orbital Platform. Tann's mission was to secretly rebuild the Separatist Droid Army without the Republic's knowledge.
However, Tann's operation was discovered, and Drakas subsequently led a force composed of clone troopers to confront Tann. Following the landing of their Acclamator-class assault ship on the platform, Drakas' [troops](/article/troop-legends] established a base and initiated raids targeting Tann's controlled areas. After a series of minor engagements, Tann opted to withdraw, but only after successfully completing the construction of a substantial number of droids.

In 21.95 BBY, a month subsequent to the Battle of Geonosis, Drakas received orders to defend the Republic energy world of Sarapin. This assignment came after Republic intelligence indicated that the Separatists intended to seize the planet's natural energy resources. On Sarapin, Drakas took control of the Citadel situated on Mount Corvast, which served as the planet's capital. Before long, Tann's forces arrived at Sarapin, destroyed its orbital defense systems, and initiated a ground invasion.
Employing the stolen Republic Decimator technology—a ground vehicle armed with a potent laser—Tann overwhelmed Mount Corvast and obliterated the Citadel. Drakas, surviving the Citadel's destruction, retaliated against the Separatist forces using his lightsaber. Tann then engaged the Jedi Knight in a lightsaber duel, resulting in her killing Drakas and successfully capturing Sarapin. She promptly reported her victory and Drakas' demise to Count Dooku. However, Sarapin was soon recaptured through the efforts of the Jedi Knight Echuu Shen-Jon, who later killed Tann on the planet Krant.
Drakas was equipped with a lightsaber that emitted a yellow blade. He typically wore brown Jedi robes.
Jor Drakas made his debut in the 2002 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns, an expansion for the real-time strategy game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, developed by LucasArts. The character was voiced by Nick Jameson. Notably, his character model and profile image are the same as those used for Bib Fortuna, another character featured in the game.
In the second level of the Confederacy campaign, titled "Building the Army," which focuses on the events at the Kaer Orbital Platform, Drakas' name is only used to identify the leader of the Republic faction. He makes a complete appearance in the campaign's seventh and final level, "Sarapin's Fury," where he emerges from Mount Corvast Citadel and attacks the player's army. While any unit is capable of killing Drakas during gameplay, The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, published in 2008, specifically states that Tann was the one who personally killed the Jedi Knight.
