Jori existed during the Galactic Civil War era and was originally a CorSec operative who later became a criminal; he was male.
Jori was a Corellian Security Force agent stationed on Corellia around the time of the Battle of Yavin. In 1 ABY, Jori's treachery was revealed when he betrayed CorSec by providing the Deflarians and Ragtags with information. This information pertained to a weapons shipment under the command of CorSec Captain Donovan. The Deflarians then seized the ship to pilfer the weapons and sell them to the Ragtags, also taking Captain Donovan as a prisoner. After Inspector Cora and a spacer rescued Donovan, CorSec Captain Jark dispatched the spacer to attack a gathering of Deflarians and Ragtags. During this confrontation, Jori met his end, and the CorSec managed to recover crucial intelligence concerning Tyrena's defensive capabilities, which the traitor had supplied to the Ragtags.
Jori appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Jori was introduced to the game through the "Publish 28," update, which was released on April 26, 2006. While his character's appearance was randomly determined, the dialogue within the quest confirmed that he was male.
