During the era of the Galactic War, there existed a Human Mandalorian named Khomo Fett. He acted as an advisor for Mandalore the Avenger during the campaign that took place on Darvannis.
Khomo Fett craved the excitement of battle, possessing a hair-trigger temper and a propensity for physical altercations. His superior combat abilities allowed him to survive longer than the average Mandalorian commander, resulting in his clan bestowing upon him the moniker "Old Man". Prior to the Eternal Empire's invasion, Khomo had molded a commando unit into the most formidable and feared group of mercenaries within their star system. Khomo's eagerness to repel the Eternal Empire caused his unit to undertake perilous missions, leading to the loss of the majority of his men to the Skytroopers.

Following the downfall of Mandalore the Vindicated, Khomo was suggested as the obvious choice to succeed them. However, being a battle-hardened warrior, he declined the position, expressing his distaste for strategizing instead of engaging in actual combat. Consequently, he became the eyes and ears of Mandalore the Avenger on the battlefield. His unwavering dedication to his people earned him the trust of the new Mandalore, quickly establishing him as one of her most reliable leaders.
Khomo Fett possessed a well-known passion for combat and warfare, frequently fantasizing about restoring the glory days of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders. Despite Mandalore the Avenger's reservations about him, Khomo Fett demonstrated immense loyalty to his people and to Shae Vizla, securing his position as one of her most trusted advisors.

He had a fair complexion, short black hair, brown eyes, and a face marked by years of hardship. Khomo Fett was typically seen wearing grey and yellow Mandalorian armor.
Khomo Fett made his debut in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game developed by BioWare that was released on December 20, 2011. The character's voice was provided by Dee Bradley Baker. He is a component of the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion pack's narrative.
