Biography

The Clone Wars

During the era of the Galactic Republic, Kohl Seerdon, an officer hailing from Chandrila, took Hiram Drayson's position as the commanding officer of Chandrila's defensive forces during the Clone Wars.

When Palpatine, the Emperor, announced the formation of his Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, Seerdon was appointed as Moff of Sector 3, assuming command of the 3rd Sector Army. Subsequently, Seerdon orchestrated his son, Maximillian's, placement into a ranking position within the Imperial Security Bureau.

During the Galactic Civil War, Seerdon exercised authority over Taloraan, the gas giant, along with its tibanna gas mines. He also maintained a Weapons Research Facility located on the planet Fest. Throughout the conflict, Seerdon initiated the consolidation of military strength to seize control of bacta resources belonging to the Rebel Alliance on Thyferra. The Rebel Alliance carefully monitored his actions. He emerged as one of the most formidable adversaries of Rogue Squadron, the Rebel Alliance flight group, in the months following the Battle of Yavin.

Following Rogue Squadron's attack on the icy planet Fest, which resulted in the destruction of his research facility, Seerdon attacked and established a blockade around a city on Chandrila, the home world of both Mon Mothma and Seerdon himself. Rogue Squadron successfully thwarted his assault, compelling Seerdon, who was supervising the operation, to escape in a Lambda-class shuttle. While Rogue Squadron executed a retaliatory raid targeting a Capacitor on Sullust, Seerdon invaded Thyferra, gaining control of the planet's bacta production facilities. Rogue Squadron launched a counter-offensive, strategically outmaneuvering Seerdon's forces.

Moff Seerdon's last stand

After losing control of the captured bacta, Seerdon faced Luke Skywalker, the Rogue Leader, in his heavily customized Sentinel-class landing craft. Following an intense aerial battle, Commander Luke Skywalker emerged victorious. The shuttle was destroyed in an explosion, resulting in the immediate death of the Imperial Moff and securing a Rebel triumph.
