Korgoss, a Gand sharing membership in Zuckuss's clan, originated from the very same egg as Zuckuss, having been born together. Before the events of 4 ABY, Korgoss, along with fellow clan members, was slated to participate in the Great Rite, a necessary step to becoming a Findsman. Upon Zuckuss's arrival, Korgoss voiced the clan's collective shame at sharing an egg with him, disparagingly labeling Zuckuss as a runt and physically pushing him down. Subsequently, Zimbokk assisted Zuckuss in standing up, advising him to disregard Korgoss's words. After this exchange, the Gand received their individual assignments for the rite: to retrieve a T'karra flower from the charon's nesting territory, after which they set out on their respective quests.
