A band of Krawg pirates were active within the Mykapo system. Following the events of the mission to Ktath'atn, Sana Starros deceived them into purchasing a single crate filled with Imperial blasters, with the bounty hunter pledging to supply them with an additional dozen crates. Having alerted the Empire on Coruscant about the blaster acquisition, Starros journeyed to Tatooine, where the remaining twelve crates were in the possession of Jabba Desilijic Tiure, a crime lord, in order to implicate the Krawg in the theft of the crate. A Krawg pirate was present at Jabba's Palace and tried to kill Starros because she betrayed them, but Starros killed the pirate. After absconding with the remaining crates and departing Tatooine aboard her ship, Starros and her comrade Lando Calrissian were intercepted by the remaining Krawg pirates, who attempted to obliterate the ship, but they were captured and were going to be arrested by the Empire.
