"Luke versus Emperor Palpatine: Rise to Evil" marks the eleventh installment within the Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures series. It was initially released on both the StarWarsKids.com and DisneyNOW platforms on December 7, 2018.
The narrator sets the scene, describing how, amidst a galaxy filled with adventures, Luke Skywalker is destined to confront Emperor Palpatine. Within the confines of the Emperor's Throne Room located on the second Death Star, the Emperor declares to Luke that he is about to witness the utter destruction of the Alliance and the termination of his insignificant rebellion.
While the Emperor elucidates his carefully laid trap, the narrative flashes back to reveal Darth Sidious's schemes during his tenures as both Senator of Naboo and Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. A scene depicts Palpatine whispering into Queen Padmé Amidala's ear during the Naboo Crisis. As Palpatine observes clone troopers marching in formation, a segment of his address announcing the formation of the Grand Army of the Republic is played. Palpatine's proclamation of the New Order is interwoven with a visual of him assaulting Mace Windu and other Jedi using Force lightning.
As the Battle of Endor intensifies, the Emperor taunts Luke, asserting that his fleet is doomed and that the Alliance and all his companions are destined for destruction. As Luke's fury escalates, he glares at the Emperor and uses the Force to summon his lightsaber. A lightsaber battle then ensues between Luke and Darth Vader, all while the Emperor emits maniacal laughter.
