Lynnori was a female Near-Human who served as the captain and proprietor of the Starbound Misfit. This ship, a customized YT-1930 transport, was acquired for her benefit by Talandro Starlyte and then modified by his acquaintance, Scizzic. She maintained a romantic connection with Talandro and frequented Starlyte Station, yet she resisted any form of commitment.
Lynnori, a quintessential captain of a tramp freighter, spent her life traversing the cosmos, transporting both freight and passengers across the galaxy. She wasn't averse to engaging in occasional smuggling activities, provided the compensation was sufficient. She became romantically involved with Talandro Starlyte, the owner of a station, who persistently urged her to abandon her nomadic lifestyle, but she consistently declined. Concerned for her well-being, Talandro ultimately procured a new freighter and enlisted Scizzic, his associate, to implement specialized modifications, ensuring Lynnori's enhanced safety during her journeys. He purchased a YT-1930 transport for her, which she named the Starbound Misfit.
Lynnori was a near-Human female. Her physical attributes were feline-like, featuring pointed ears, slit-shaped eyes, a lengthy prehensile tail, clawed hands, and a light coating of striped fur. Lynnori possessed a strong sense of independence and consistently rebuffed Talandro's repeated attempts to persuade her to establish a permanent residence on Starlyte Station. She was very physical and loved to flirt, much to the chagrin of Talandro.
Her life among the stars equipped her with a diverse skill set. She demonstrated proficiency in operating both transports and starfighters, wielding blasters, and repairing her vessel when it sustained damage. She was personable and displayed competence in business negotiations and games of chance. Furthermore, she possessed certain covert abilities, enabling her to move discreetly and undetected.
The ship that transported her through the cosmos was her most cherished possession. She was also equipped with a BlasTech DL-44 heavy blaster pistol and a Czerka 411 Holdout Blaster, along with a vibroknife.
Lynnori's character was conceived by Paul Danner and Bill Smith for Wretched Hives of Scum & Villainy, a supplement for the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game published by West End Games in 1997. Joe Corroney provided the illustration. Lynnori's species is identified as 'near-Human,' yet her physical appearance closely resembles that of the female Farghuls Breela and Mika. The Farghul species wasn't created until 1998, which explains why the species wasn't properly listed.
