Message to Spacers was a regular feature found on the Wizards of the Coast website, authored by both Rodney Thompson and Patrick Stutzman. It was introduced on Thursday, October 25, 2007, and touted as "a new regular column". The XQ2 Space Platform, a next-generation version of the space platform featured in Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance, was the topic of the initial article. The second article detailed the Cardan-class Space Station, which is an Imperial defense platform originating from Star Wars: Empire at War. The YZ-775 Transport, which debuted in Star Wars Gamer 2, was the subject of the third article. An original space transport called the E-9 Explorer, which premiered on SWRPGNetwork, was the focus of the fourth article. The fifth article discussed the Baas-class space station that was originally introduced in Instant Adventures. The Z-10 Seeker, which was first presented in "A Buyer's Guide to Alternative Starships" from Star Wars Adventure Journal 5, was the subject of the sixth article.
