Message to Spacers

Message to Spacers, a regular column, appeared on the Wizards of the Coast website and was authored by both Rodney Thompson and Patrick Stutzman. Its debut article was published on Thursday, October 25, 2007, and was advertised as "a new regular column". The XQ2 Space Platform, a next-generation platform succeeding the one from Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance, was the subject of the initial article. The second article focused on the Cardan-class Space Station, which is an Imperial defense platform featured in Star Wars: Empire at War. The YZ-775 Transport, which originally appeared in Star Wars Gamer 2, was the topic of the third article. The fourth article discussed the E-9 Explorer, a space transport created originally and first shown on SWRPGNetwork. The Baas-class space station from Instant Adventures was the subject of the fifth article. The sixth installment covered the Z-10 Seeker, which was initially presented in "A Buyer's Guide to Alternative Starships" in Star Wars Adventure Journal 5. The Alpha-class XG-1 "Star Wing", originating from Star Wars: TIE Fighter, was the topic of the seventh article. The eighth article explored the Crusader-class corvette as seen in Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. The ninth article detailed the Heraklon-class transport, a previously unknown ship class that was present in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. The TL-1800 freighter was the focus of the tenth article.
