Message to Spacers

Rodney Thompson and Patrick Stutzman were the authors of Message to Spacers, a column featured on the Wizards of the Coast website. This column debuted on Thursday, October 25, 2007, and was announced as "a new regular column". The XQ2 Space Platform was the subject of the initial article, which is the next iteration of the space platform seen in Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance. The Cardan-class Space Station, the Imperial defensive structure from Star Wars: Empire at War, was discussed in the second article. The third article focused on the YZ-775 Transport, which initially appeared in Star Wars Gamer 2. An original space transport called the E-9 Explorer, which premiered on SWRPGNetwork, was the topic of the fourth article. The fifth article delved into the Baas-class space station, which originated from Instant Adventures. The Z-10 Seeker, which was introduced in "A Buyer's Guide to Alternative Starships" in Star Wars Adventure Journal 5, was the subject of the sixth article. The Alpha-class XG-1 "Star Wing", which first appeared in Star Wars: TIE Fighter, was the subject of the seventh article. The eighth article took a look at the Crusader-class corvette featured in Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. The Heraklon-class transport, a ship class that was previously unidentified and appeared in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, was the focus of the ninth article. The TL-1800 freighter was the topic of the tenth article.
