A dwelling, the property of Moxxar Krieg, existed within the bounds of Mos Eisley. This city was located on the desert planet of Tatooine during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, Krieg, alongside Doctor Edvar Vang, came to learn of a novel form of spice. While the Rebel Alliance engaged in the traffic of this substance, the criminal syndicate known as Black Sun also coveted it. Krieg made the decision to investigate the origins of the spice, but ultimately met his end through assassination. In the year 1 ABY, a group of spacefarers stumbled upon a sample of the new spice while in search of a missing pilot named Cal Handro. They delivered it to Doctor Vang, who, in turn, urged them to question Krieg instead. The spacers discovered only the deceased body of Moxxar Krieg inside his residence.
The house of Moxxar Krieg was a location featured in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and brought to the public by LucasArts. The game's servers were taken offline on December 15, 2011. The inclusion of Moxxar Krieg's house in the game occurred with the initial installment of the "Secrets of the Syren" questline. This content was introduced with "Publish 14", which was released on March 9, 2005. The "Secrets of the Syren" storyline was later removed from the game with the "Chapter 1," released on June 8, 2006. This removal was due to significant changes planned for the planet Rori with the introduction of the Battle of Restuss.
