"Mynocks" represents the eighth installment of the online series known as Star Wars Galaxy of Creatures. This particular episode became available on StarWarsKids.com on November 4, 2021, simultaneously with the release of the series' seventh episode, "Kowakian Monkey-Lizards."
SF-R3, also known as ("Aree"), along with CAM, journey to an asteroid with the goal of discovering how to locate a mynock. Given that mynocks subsist on energy, SF-R3 intends to utilize a battery as a means to attract one. He strategically places numerous batteries on the asteroid's surface, and before long, he encounters a mynock concealed within a rock formation. The droids quickly come to the understanding that they themselves are sources of energy, prompting them to escape from a group of mynocks. They make their escape on their starship, only to discover that a number of mynocks have secretly boarded the vessel. In a moment of desperation, Aree activates the airlock, resulting in both droids and the mynocks being expelled into space.
Nevertheless, CAM succeeds in saving Aree and employs its integrated thruster to return Aree to the safety of the starship. Aree comes to the conclusion that droids should avoid mynocks due to their tendency to feed on them. He proceeds to share several interesting details about mynocks, including their method of reproduction, which involves dividing in half.
