Orinda, situated within the galaxy's Mid Rim, was a celestial body. The 204th Imperial Fighter Wing of the Galactic Empire perpetrated the infamous Orinda Massacre at this location, an event that led to them being known as Shadow Wing. Following the Galactic Civil War by several decades, the Galactic Senate included Fatil, a Centrist senator who represented Orinda. Later, Orinda covertly supported the First Order, ultimately seceding to become a part of them.
