The Pabol Hutta represented a specific hyperlane situated within the expanse of Hutt Space. Sidon Ithano, the Delphanian privateer, possessed a letter of marque that authorized him to execute raids along the Pabol Hutta, as well as Ootmian Pabol, Shag Pabol, and essentially all non-religious hyperlanes located in Hutt Space. Furthermore, this letter granted him the authority to transport any captured goods resulting from these raids to the Hutt kajidics that served as his patrons, namely the Desilijic, Ramesh, Besadii, Gnuda and Shell.
The initial reference to the Pabol Hutta in the current Star Wars canon occurred within a supplementary component included with the deluxe version of the 2018 reference book Star Wars: Smuggler's Guide, authored by Daniel Wallace.
