Parcovey Minor, a planet found in the Hune sector of the Mid Rim, existed within the galactic landscape. During the Kymoodon Era, colonists originating from Belasco under the banner of the Galactic Republic established a settlement there. However, the Hutts considered this planet to be within their domain. Consequently, they initiated a raid targeting Parcovey Minor with the intention of enslaving the inhabitants. Fortunately for the settlers, the Belasco Free Volunteers militia, having received prior intelligence about the planned attack, successfully defended against it. In response, the well-equipped militia and the colonists launched a retaliatory strike into Hutt Space.
A report detailing the raid was stored in a government archive located on Belasco and was discovered in the year 5 ABY. In the year 114 BBY, a dramatized interpretation of the raid on Parcovey Minor appeared in an episode of the True Tales of the Ancient Republic holodrama series. Thunys Albegron, an Academician of Popular Studies, analyzed both the historical and fictional accounts during the Obroa-Skai Conference on Popular Entertainment in 6 ABY.
Situated in the Parcovey Minor system within the Hune sector, Parcovey Minor was a terrestrial world located in the Slice region of the Mid Rim. The holodrama series True Tales of the Ancient Republic featured "Episode XXIV: Death on the Rim," which portrayed the planet as a small, green world.

During the Kymoodon Era, which spanned from 15,000 BBY to 12,000 BBY, colonists from the planet Belasco, operating under the Galactic Republic, established a settlement on Parcovey Minor. At the time, Parcovey Minor was located beyond the Republic's borders. The Hutt species considered this colonization an act of aggression, as they viewed the world as part of their outlying territories. As a result, the Hutts devised a plan to enslave the inhabitants of Parcovey Minor by launching a raid. They dispatched a barque carrying Klatooinian and Weequay raiders to the planet.
However, a captured Jilruan pirate divulged information about the impending raid to Belascoan authorities. Consequently, the Belasco Free Volunteers militia established an ambush, concealing themselves on various ranches throughout Parcovey Minor. When the Hutt barque initiated the attack, all of its occupants were either killed or taken prisoner. During interrogation, the prisoners revealed their allegiance to the Hutt Utoradii clan. Subsequently, several dozen heavily armed members of the Belasco Free Volunteers and colonists utilized the captured Hutt starships to travel to Affavan, a world within Hutt Space. There, they launched a surprise attack on members of the Utoradii and Vijilakii clans, who were anticipating the arrival of a shipment of enslaved people. The events surrounding the raid on Parcovey Minor were subsequently documented in a report, which was intended to serve as background information for a public advisory against Republic colonization Rimward. This report was eventually stored within a government archive on Belasco.

The True Tales of the Ancient Republic series released "Episode XXIV: Death on the Rim" in 114 BBY. This episode presented a fictionalized account of the raid on Parcovey Minor, with the planet being mentioned in the introductory exposition. The holodrama, which took place during the final centuries of the Kymoodon Era, depicted a successful Hutt attack on the colony. The attack targeted multiple families who were clearing land to establish a nerf ranch. The enslaved settlers of the ravaged world were then transported to Affavan.
However, in "Episode XXIV: Death on the Rim," the Sector Ranger Novan Nune followed the Hutt forces to Affavan, rather than the Belascoan militia. Nune then fought as a gladiator in Affavan's arenas to secure the release of the colonists. Afterward, he returned to Parcovey Minor to defeat the Hutt clan responsible for the raid. The fragmentary remains of the Belascoan archive report were discovered in 5 ABY. Subsequently, Thunys Albegron, an Academician of Popular Studies, compared and contrasted the fictionalized and historical versions of the Parcovey Minor assault during the Obroa-Skai Conference on Popular Entertainment a year later.
Originally, Parcovey Minor was intended to be mentioned in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart. However, the section that would have included the planet was removed before the book's publication. This section was later released in 2014 as part of Star Wars: The Essential Guide to Warfare Author's Cut, a series of articles published on the StarWars.com Blog by Fry and Del Rey editor Erich Schoeneweiss, which contained various pieces of content that had been cut from The Essential Guide to Warfare. The StarWars.com Online Companion for the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Parcovey Minor system, and consequently the planet itself, in grid square Q-12.
