This is the plasma bridge located in Lessu, the capital of Ryloth.
A plasma bridge represented a unique bridge design, utilizing plasma—a state of matter that could be solidified when emitted between a pair of plasma projectors. The Ryloth capital city, Lessu City, was built atop a massive rock spire and was mainly accessible via one of these bridges. During the Clone Wars, the Separatists seized control of the bridge during their occupation; as a result, Jedi General Mace Windu, alongside Advanced Recon Force Scout Troopers Razor and Stak, initiated an operation to reclaim it while Galactic Republic and Twi'lek Resistance forces were getting ready to launch an assault on Lessu.
