Punch was a clone trooper fighting for the Grand Army of the Republic in the Clone Wars. During the campaign on Christophsis, Punch was a member of Clone Sergeant Slick's squad. After it was uncovered that a clone was a secret agent for the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Clone Commander Cody and Clone Captain Rex began searching for the traitor's identification. This pursuit resulted in Slick's troopers being questioned, and Punch stated that he and Sketch were in the mess hall at the time Cody and Rex attempted to apprehend the spy.
