Pyparr
Pyparr was a male officer of the human species. He served within the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War, a widespread galactic war that pitted the Alliance to Restore the Republic against the Galactic Empire. In the year 0 ABY, he had achieved the rank of lieutenant and commanded the _Razor_-class frigate known as Kreuge's Revenge. Later on, he pursued the Jedi Luke Skywalker to the planet Devaron, where he met his death.
Behind the scenes
The individual in command of the Kreuge's Revenge is briefly mentioned in Jason Fry's book The Weapon of a Jedi: A Luke Skywalker Adventure, though they are never seen, named, or described in any detail. Alec Worley, the writer behind the comic book adaptation Star Wars: The Weapon of a Jedi, elaborated on this previously undefined character for the first part of the adaptation, as a more significant antagonist was required. Pyparr's name was derived from Simon "Pye" Parr, who is a comics artist, comics letterer, and graphic designer.
