Roka was a youthful Mirialan who resided upon the planet of Batuu throughout the time of the High Republic Era.
Sometime in the High Republic Era, Jedi Padawan Celesta Kami along with younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs journeyed to Black Spire Outpost located on the planet Batuu. Following the Jedi's unmasking of Ozon Nimbee for his actions of felling the stone spires present on Batuu, Roka stood among the gathered people who assisted in the removal of Nimbee's buzz droids.
