Ozon Nimbee, a male individual, made his living as a real estate developer during the High Republic Era. In the year 232 BBY, Celesta Kami, a Jedi Padawan, along with Jedi Initiates Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs, encountered this developer at Black Spire Outpost, situated on the planet of Batuu in the Outer Rim. Nimbee's goal was to convince the outpost's residents to permit him to fell a significant number of the iconic spires that surrounded the area, intending to construct new buildings in their place. While the people were initially intrigued by his vision of a grander, more cosmopolitan Batuu with improved amenities, their enthusiasm quickly waned when they understood that it would necessitate the destruction of the spires. Despite this setback, he managed to regain their attention and elicit a somewhat positive reaction.
Following his initial sales presentation, Kami and the young Jedi discovered a group of sabotage droids actively cutting down spires within the nearby forest. They followed these droids back to Nimbee's ship and subsequently confronted him during another community pitch. Nimbee then led the Jedi away from the crowd, explaining that he was merely testing the droids' ability to cut through spires, which he personally considered to be unsightly.
When the Jedi revealed Nimbee's true intention to destroy all the spires to the townsfolk, Nimbee resorted to unleashing his swarm of sabotage droids upon Black Spire Outpost. His aim was to demonstrate the droids' capabilities and force the community to accept his plans. The Jedi and the residents quickly organized a defense against the attacking droids, but one of Nimbee's droids succeeded in severing the spire overlooking the Milk Stand, nearly causing it to collapse and destroy the structure until the Jedi intervened using the Force. Recognizing his defeat, Nimbee abandoned Black Spire, seeking another location to realize his vision of a luxurious outpost.
Ozon Nimbee's debut occurred in the first half of 2024, in the episode titled "The Tale of Short Spire," where his voice was provided by Gary Anthony Williams.
