Sakifwanna was a planet situated within the Sakifwanna system located in Hutt Space. This planet was positioned along the Elgit–M'Hanna Corridor hyperlane, a route that provided connection to the planets Elgit and M'Hanna. A minor hyperspace route linked Sakifwanna with the Cyax system, and another hyperlane provided a connection to the planet Saki.
The name Sakifwanna, translating to "Fourth Saki" and sharing "fwanna" with the Huttese term for "four," designated a colony world inhabited by the sentient Sakiyan species, originally from Saki. Sakifwanna functioned as a nursery world for the Sakiyan Collective, where Sakiyan shepherds were involved in breeding creatures to replenish Saki's game reserves. The fate of Sakifwanna after the invasion of Hutt Space by the extra-galactic Yuuzhan Vong species remained uncertain to the rest of the galaxy.
Sakifwanna's initial mention occurred in The Essential Atlas, a reference book released in 2009 and co-authored by Daniel Wallace together with Jason Fry. It was located in grid square T-11 in the book.
