The second mission dispatched to the Yinchorri system occurred in 33 BBY. This Jedi operation was launched to the Yinchorri system in the wake of the deaths of Jedi Naeshahn and her Padawan Ebor Taulk. These Jedi had originally been sent to investigate the Yinchorri's aggressive actions towards nearby star systems.

This Jedi contingent was composed of a dozen Jedi Knights, divided into three separate teams. Each team was provided with a Consular-class space cruiser, a necessity due to the system containing only three worlds capable of supporting life.
Mace Windu, Saesee Tiin, Qui-Gon Jinn, along with his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, received the assignment of investigating Yinchorr, the Yinchorri's inhospitable home planet. Meanwhile, Adi Gallia, Eeth Koth, Tsui Choi, and Theen Fida were tasked with exploring Yitheeth, an oceanic world. The final group, consisting of Plo Koon, Micah Giiett, Lilit Twoseas, and K'Kruhk, was dispatched to Yibikkoror, a small planet characterized by its dense atmosphere. The objective for each team was to locate a rumored Yinchorri command center.
Upon exiting hyperspace and entering the Yinchorri system, the Jedi immediately found themselves under attack from Yinchorri starfighters. The Jedi were at a disadvantage because their cruisers lacked weaponry.
Aboard Adi Gallia's cruiser, the Tholothain Jedi admitted her desire for armed cruisers. Tsui Choi responded, remarking that such a statement was typical of a diplomat's daughter. Subsequently, their cruiser managed to eliminate two enemy fighters by cleverly maneuvering a third into destroying them, before proceeding towards Yitheeth.

Concurrently, on Mace Windu's cruiser, an enemy fighter managed to disable their shields. However, the occupants avoided capture thanks to Saesee Tiin, who initiated a hyperspace jump past a planet. To the pursuing Yinchorri, it appeared as though their target had jumped through the planet itself. By the time they realized the deception, the cruiser had already made its way to Yinchorr.
Aboard Micah Giiett's cruiser, after failing to evade their Yinchorri pursuers, the Whiphid K'Kruhk suggested a ruse to the other Jedi. Their plan was to release all the escape pods, including the salon pod, to create the illusion that they had abandoned the cruiser. The plan proved successful, as the Yinchorri fighters targeted the escape pods, allowing the cruiser to successfully evade them and land on a floating platform above the gassy atmosphere of Yibikkoror. Despite the close call, all Jedi teams successfully reached their designated destinations.
Following brief encounters with Yinchorri warriors on both Yitheeth and Yibikkoror, the two teams came to the conclusion that the command center was not located on either planet. Tsui Choi's group then journeyed to Yibikkoror to retrieve the other team, who were struggling to contend with the Yinchorri forces.
