Sigs was a male individual residing on the Outer Rim Territories world of Tatooine alongside his spouse, Sion, and their two offspring—namely, a daughter and a son. In the year 4 ABY, he requested that Sion arrange a private performance by the Max Rebo Band as a present for the approaching holiday period. Tragically, Sion's life ended on Jabba the Hutt's sail barge during that year, with his final thoughts centered on his spouse and their children.
During the Imperial Era, Sigs, a male being, made his home on the Outer Rim Territories world of Tatooine. He entered into marriage with Sion, a human male who was employed as a security officer for Jabba the Hutt's criminal organization. Together, they raised two children, a daughter and a son, within their dwelling. While living on Tatooine, Sigs developed an appreciation for the music of the Max Rebo Band. Over several years, Sion dedicated himself to providing for his family, often succeeding in fulfilling their holiday gift requests. However, despite Sigs' inquiries about Sion's work for Jabba the Hutt, Sion chose to keep the more unsavory aspects of his employment hidden from his husband.

In 4 ABY, Sigs expressed his desire for a private performance by the Max Rebo Band as a holiday gift. Although Sion considered the request to be somewhat difficult to fulfill, he was charmed by his husband's behavior and resolved to do his best to make him happy. During that year, Sion reflected on a conversation he and Sigs had shared regarding Sion's work, remembering the days he did not return to their home out of fear that the blood on his hands would bring darkness into their family's lives. Shortly thereafter, during the rescue of the smuggler Han Solo on Jabba's Khetanna sail barge, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker killed Sion, with Sion's last thoughts being of Sigs and their family.
Sigs received a mention in the short story "Kickback," penned by K. Arsenault Rivera and featured in the 2023 anthology titled From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi.
