Skirmish near an ion storm

Five standard years prior to the Battle of Yavin, an Gozanti-class cruiser of the Galactic Empire initiated combat with the Ghost close to an ion storm. As the rebel vessel attempted to evade capture within the ion storm, two TIE/ln space superiority starfighters launched from the transport gave chase, but Sabine Wren successfully shot them down. With only the cruiser remaining, it faced near-total annihilation. However, after lightning struck the Ghost, Ezra Bridger succeeded in regaining power, and Sabine achieved the complete destruction of the cruiser. Once the Ghost exited the ion storm, Hera Syndulla activated the hyperspace drive to rendezvous with Kanan Jarrus and Garazeb Orrelios.
