Skulk, a male offender, was affiliated with Sisay, who headed a gang operating on Aloxor. Skulk aided Sisay in the apprehension of Eli Vanto and Brierly Ronan; these two individuals had recently arrived in the town of Tiquwe. Unbeknownst to the criminal element, Vanto and Ronan were dispatched by Imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn on a mission to scrutinize departing cargo related to Project Stardust. As Sisay betrayed his prisoners, Dayja Collerand, an undercover Imperial Security Bureau agent using the alias "Mole" as a slicer, incapacitated Skulk and the rest of the gang.
