The Starrunner functioned as an MC140 Scythe-class main battle cruiser for the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet throughout the Second Imperial Civil War. It took part in the space engagement over Taivas in 138 ABY, at the time when the Sith Empire assaulted the Jedi Temple. Ultimately, the Starrunner met its end, obliterated by a squadron of Annihilator-class starfighters.
