The Thannerhouse District, often referred to as simply Thannerhouse, constituted a city zone located on the planet Troithe. It shared a boundary with Thanner Lake, a sizable water basin largely obscured by the infrastructure of towers, bridges, and platforms. Circa 5 ABY, the Barma Battle Group representing the New Republic launched an invasion of Troithe. The people living in Thannerhouse received a three-day advance notice regarding the impending transit of the New Republic's 61st Mobile Infantry, supported from the air by the starfighters of Alphabet Squadron. However, unlike inhabitants of other zones, they opted to stay. Upon the arrival of the New Republic forces, they encountered opposition from Imperial Kraken-class deep lurkers. The subsequent combat resulted in the dam's failure, leading to widespread inundation.
