Thuris Caf, a type of beverage, was served at the Bovris Tapcafe located on the planet of Ifron. This particular drink was a mixture of caf–infused ice cubes, combined with blutopia pearls, koja nut milk, and an Ithor Float. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs, after his culinary exploration of the galaxy spanning from 34 ABY to 35 ABY, decided to feature a recipe for this specific dish in his third cookbook, titled The Ultimate Cookbook, which saw publication in 35 ABY.
The recipe for Thuris Caf was originally conceived for the Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook in 2023, a cookbook authored by both Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe instructions for preparing the dish call for the use of coffee and almond milk, in addition to two other recipes found within the cookbook: Blutopia pearls and Ithor Float.
