TL-30 was a medical droid from the Sith Empire. After the battle on Corellia in 3627 BBY, it provided medical care for Darth Malgus's wounds.
The video game Star Wars: The Old Republic features TL-30 in the Onslaught expansion pack.
As part of the Imperial narrative, the Commander, Darth Krovos, and Darth Rivix encountered TL-30 after they overcame a massive graul. They were on a mission to discover Darth Malgus's location within the caves of the Dantooine Jedi Enclave. TL-30 revealed that Malgus had taken the droid as a prisoner, forcing it to sustain his life while he contemplated his subsequent actions after becoming a rogue figure. Malgus abandoned TL-30 in the caves, leaving it with the graul. Ultimately, the player can choose to either take apart the droid to access its memory banks containing information about Malgus, or assist in repairing the droid so it can flee independently.
