Darth Krovos, a Sith Lord from the Pureblood species, was a female who existed during the era of the Galactic War. She was a member of the reconstituted Sith Empire.
While training as a young Sith Acolyte on Korriban, Krovos ensured her survival by persuading her fellow acolytes to collaborate in order to successfully complete the final trials within the planet's tombs. As a consequence, all the acolytes triumphed in the trial. This infuriated her Overseer, but the other students threatened to kill the overseer if Krovos was harmed. This novel strategy for tackling the trials garnered the attention of Darth Decimus, who then chose her as his apprentice.
Following her time on Korriban, Krovos achieved significant victories as an apprentice, earning her recognition and allowing her to fight alongside some of the Empire's most well-known Sith, including Darth Marr and Darth Malgus. As her career progressed, Krovos ascended through the ranks of the Empire. In 3637 BBY, she collaborated with Admiral Zasha Ranken, developing a strong sense of respect for her. During the Battle of Kuat, she acted as Ranken's second-in-command, supervising the battle's progression and directing an Imperial strike team toward their objectives on the Kuati space station.
In the years that followed, she eventually rose to the rank of Darth and secured a seat on the Dark Council by 3627 BBY, becoming the Head of Military Command. This was a newly established position that oversaw the previously separate Spheres of Defense of the Empire, Military Offense, and Military Strategy. In this role, she took command of Imperial forces during the Meridian Complex assault.
Krovos was a proponent of reform, advocating for the inclusion of individuals who were not Humans or Sith within the Empire's ranks. Furthermore, she held the belief that the wisdom of those who did not wield the Force should be valued. Krovos was convinced that collaboration and unity would facilitate the Empire's objectives more effectively than internal conflict. Despite attaining considerable influence within the Empire, Krovos remained appreciative of the talents of others, even those who were not Sith.
Krovos made her initial appearance in the Star Wars: The Old Republic video game's Galactic Starfighter expansion. Within the Imperial narrative of the Onslaught expansion, Krovos journeyed to the Dantooine Jedi Enclave alongside the Commander and Darth Rivix to investigate the whereabouts of Darth Malgus. Darth Krovos voiced her skepticism regarding the possibility that Malgus had chosen to betray the Empire and operate independently. Following Malgus's defeat on Elom, Krovos arrived to assist in restraining him with the Force and placing him under arrest.
