Trae Nedgarr, a male Human criminal, existed on the planet of Corellia during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, he established and became the head of the Nedgarr Bandits, a group named in his honor. These criminals carried out their operations from their hideout located on the outskirts of Coronet City. Trae Nedgarr and his Bandits were known for their acts of vandalism and robbery against local farms, including the farm belonging to Pol Handerin. In the year 1 ABY, Lieutenant Mack Jasper of the Corellian Security Force tasked a new recruit with the mission of confronting the Nedgarr Bandits. This CorSec operative successfully recovered Pol Handerin's stolen grain and ultimately killed Trae Nedgarr during the assault on the Nedgarr Bandits' Hideout.
Trae Nedgarr existed as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011.
Nedgarr's inclusion in the game occurred with the "Publish 25" update, also known as the "New Game Enhancements," which was released on November 15, 2005. He was integrated into a questline revolving around the Rogue CorSec's plot against the Diktat. This particular story arc underwent a slight revision with the arrival of "Publish 27" on February 15, 2006, where the questline was incorporated into the "Legacy Quest," which served as the game's primary questline.
Even though his appearance remained hidden behind his armor, employing an in-game text command exposed his identity as a Human male. Selecting Nedgarr as a target identified him as "Trae Nedgarr (the Nedgar Bandits leader)". It's worth noting that the identification contained a misspelling of Nedgarr Bandits, as it was consistently presented with two R's instead of one.
