A chef first saw the light of day on the Inner Rim's desert world of Sergia, his birthplace, and it was there he honed his culinary skills, selling sustenance from a food freighter, with his signature dish being Sand Mynock 'n' Cheese. While dispensing meals at a depot on Sergia, the chef crossed paths with the Artiodac culinary master Strono Tuggs, who was replenishing his fuel reserves at the depot during a gastronomic expedition across the galaxy spanning from 34 ABY to 35 ABY.
The Sergian local shared his life story with Tuggs, and in exchange, the Artiodac gave him a quantity of Corellia Chews for the Sand Mynock 'n' Cheese recipe. Subsequently, Tuggs incorporated an altered rendition of the recipe, along with a nod to the chef who provided it, in his third culinary book, The Ultimate Cookbook, released in 35 ABY.
This chef received a mention in the 2023 publication, Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a compilation of recipes penned by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak.
