A depot designed for starship refueling was situated on the desert planet of Sergia, located in the Inner Rim. During his culinary journey across the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs made a stop at this depot to refuel his food freighter. While there, Tuggs observed another food freighter providing meals to the local population and engaged in conversation with the chef, who was native to Sergia. Tuggs exchanged a quantity of Corellia Chews for the recipe of the chef's signature dish, Sand Mynock 'n' Cheese. Subsequently, he incorporated an adapted version of this recipe, along with a reference to the depot, in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, released in 35 ABY.
