Within its pages were accounts of various Force powers, notably battle meditation. Furthermore, it chronicled the tales of Arca Jeth from Arkania and the Jedi Knight Nomi Sunrider.
Luke Skywalker and Jem Ysanna unearthed this book in the underground remnants of the Great Jedi Library on Ossus during the year 10 ABY. While en route to Onderon in 11 ABY, Leia Organa Solo, aided by C-3PO and Vima-Da-Boda, deciphered the book and acquired the ancient skill of battle meditation.
The book, composed in an obscure classical Ossan language, detailed Force abilities, notably battle meditation. It also narrated the stories of Arca Jeth of Arkania, who liberated Onderon during the Beast Wars, and Jedi Knight Nomi Sunrider, who mastered battle meditation under Arca and two other mentors.

Within Star Wars canon, Luke Skywalker discovered Rammahgon in the subterranean ruins on the planet Ossus.
