The Spice Runners of Kijimi embarked on a mission with the purpose of finding Ledesmar, which escalated into a conflict with the New Republic after New Republic Security Bureau officer Sela Trune discovered Poe Dameron on the cruiser. Subsequently, the cruiser appeared in the Torch Nebula, where Kes Dameron and L'ulo L'ampar, having formed an alliance with the Osako pirates, employed it in their search for Poe subsequent to a Spice Runner heist that occurred on Guat'a.
