A villager, who was a male human, lived in Mos Pelgo, a town on Tatooine, during the time of the New Republic era. After the [Galactic Civil War](/article/galactic_civil_war], he saw a conflict unfold between his village and some indigenous Tusken Raiders. In approximately 9 ABY ( year), these tensions escalated, leading Cobb Vanth, Mos Pelgo's marshal, to negotiate a deal between the villagers and the Tuskens. The goal was to unite them against a shared threat: a krayt dragon that was causing problems for both. Expressing his distaste, the villager was against the proposition, as he was upset about past raids on the town's mines by the Tuskens.
Later, while placing explosives on the Raiders' bantha beasts of burden, the villager had a disagreement with a Tusken, resulting in the accidental dropping of one of the explosive devices. However, upon Vanth's request, the man let the matter go. Eventually, with assistance from Din Djarin, the Mandalorian, the two groups succeeded in defeating the dragon.
Dieterich Gray played the villager in the premiere of the second season of The Mandalorian, a television series from 2019. The episode was broadcast on Disney+ on October 30, 2020.
