This eatery was run by both a fry cook and Nibsy, and it catered to customers such as neighborhood pirates and various criminals. In approximately 9 ABY, two young travelers from another planet, named Wim and Neel, stopped by the bar and used Old Republic credits to pay the fry cook. A small fight erupted when the cook attempted to cheat the boys out of more money, involving him, a greasy patron, and the pirate Vane. Wim, feeling threatened, upturned his bowl of noodles to set the grill ablaze and escaped with Neel, which led to the fry cook and patrons chasing after them.
The noodle bar made its first appearance in the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew live-action television series, specifically in the second episode titled "Way, Way Out Past the Barrier," which was broadcast on December 2, 2024. Prior to its debut in the show, a photograph of the bar was initially featured in an article on StarWars.com on August 10, 2024.
