In the year 3951 BBY, Captain Sullio met his end within the city of Iziz, which is located on Onderon. A local doctor by the name of Dhagon Ghent was implicated in the crime, following an investigation led by this major.
Meetra Surik, a Jedi who was in exile, needed Ghent's help to arrange a meeting with Kavar, a Jedi Master who was in hiding on the planet. Consequently, she undertook a more comprehensive investigation into the murder than the major had conducted. She found both evidence and witness testimony that proved Ghent could not have committed the crime.
Surik presented this fresh evidence to Captain Riiken, who felt the information would be extremely useful. The major, however, was not in agreement with his subordinate; rather, he responded with both doubt and anger. Only after significant convincing did he consent to release Ghent because of the new evidence.
The major was seen wearing the standard blue uniform for Onderonian officers, which included a white cape draped over his right shoulder. He was also armed with a blaster pistol.
This major's character was created for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, a video game that Obsidian Entertainment launched in late 2004, although he was never given a proper name. The same 3-D model for his head was utilized for both Rukil and Ahlan Matale from the previous installment in the series, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which came out the year before.
