The sibling of a Quarren boatman sought to avenge his brother's death. He blamed the Mandalorian Din Djarin, thinking he was responsible for his brother's demise after boarding the boatman's now-sunken vessel on the lunar surface of Trask. With several other Quarren, this Quarren confronted Djarin at the docking area, threatening to murder Grogu. However, the actual perpetrators arrived, eliminating both the boatman's brother and his allies.
In the year 9 ABY, during the era of the New Republic, the brother of a Quarren ferryman found himself on the watery satellite of Trask. One day, the ferryman met his end after taking the Mandalorian Din Djarin and his changeling Grogu onto his watercraft, which subsequently sank, taking the entire crew with it. Convinced that Djarin was the one who killed the ferryman, the ferryman's brother, brandishing a javelin, accosted the Mandalorian and Grogu that evening at the harbor, supported by a group of armed Quarren.
The ferryman's brother accused Djarin of the ferryman's murder, but the Mandalorian simply requested passage. The brother, however, disregarded Djarin's plea and threatened to murder Grogu as retribution. At that moment, three other Mandalorians descended on rocketpacks to aid Djarin. The leading Mandalorian, Bo-Katan Kryze, confessed to killing the ferryman. She and her two companions then opened fire on the ferryman's brother and his attackers, killing them all. The Mandalorians then left.
The Quarren ferryman's brother made an appearance in "Chapter 11: The Heiress" of Jon Favreau's streaming series The Mandalorian, which was helmed by Bryce Dallas Howard and debuted on November 13, 2020. He was identified as "Quarren" in the subtitles.
