A male Rodian, an associate of the Dowutin bounty hunter named Grummgar, operated out of Maz Kanata's castle located on Takodana. After the events of the Quest for the Kyber Saber Crystals, Kordi Freemaker attempted to trade an ion projector in exchange for a Type A vector coil. The Rodian merchant, showing disdain, instead provided them with a Type Two power cell. Rowan Freemaker objected to this exploitative dealing, prompting the Rodian to suggest resolving the issue with his colleague, Grummgar. Kordi's attempts to charm Grummgar into a better deal proved unsuccessful, as the Dowutin showed no interest in compromise. Consequently, the Freemakers were left with no choice but to depart with the inferior Type Two power cell.
This unnamed Rodian merchant made his debut as a secondary character in the LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures Season Two short animated film titled "Home One," which premiered on the LEGO Star Wars website on May 4, 2017. The character's voice was provided by Jeff Bennett.
