Unidentified Rutian Twi'lek

The Rutian Twi'lek female in question was an individual who had been enslaved by another Twi'lek, Bib Fortuna. Fortuna, formerly a majordomo, had taken over the throne after the death of his previous master, the crime lord Jabba the Hutt. Around the time of 9 ABY, she was with Fortuna inside his palace during an attack carried out by the former bounty hunter Boba Fett and his partner, the assassin Fennec Shand. As Shand shot down many of the palace's inhabitants and guards, the Twi'lek slave attempted to liberate herself by pulling at the chain that connected her to Fortuna's throne. Shand then used her blaster rifle to sever the slave's chain and signaled for the Twi'lek to escape the throne room. Soon after, Fortuna met his end at the hands of Fett, who then claimed Fortuna's throne. This Twi'lek possessed blue skin and black eyes, and she was dressed in black clothing that exposed her midriff, along with a head covering. Her attire included several pieces of jewelry, such as a necklace, bracelets, and anklets, as well as a shackle with a chain on her right ankle, and she was without shoes.
