Unifar Temple served as the residence for the King of the planet Onderon during the time of the Clone Wars.
Situated on the planet Onderon, the Unifar Temple stood proudly within the capital city of Iziz. Encircled by smaller structures on three sides, its remaining side featured a grand staircase leading down to Yolahn Square. The temple's unique silhouette was defined by two prominent pyramidal towers. Its color scheme consisted of blue, yellow, and gray hues.
As the royal palace, this location was the center of power on Onderon. During the Clone Wars era, King Ramsis Dendup resided here, until he was overthrown by Sanjay Rash in a Separatist-supported coup. Following a successful campaign led by the Onderon rebels, the Separatist occupation ended, Rash met his demise at the hands of the Separatists, and Dendup regained his position, aligning Onderon with the Republic.
The Iziz royal palace initially debuted in the 1993 Star Wars Legends comic book series titled Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi – Ulic Qel-Droma and the Beast Wars of Onderon. It subsequently appeared in other Legends content, notably the 2004 video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Its introduction into canon occurred in "A War on Two Fronts," which is the second episode of fifth season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the animated television show.
