Wim's mother

A female individual served as the mother to the human boy named Wim, who resided on the planet known as At Attin. She would read stories to Wim. Around the time of 9 ABY, Wim requested that his father, Wendle, read him a story in the same manner as his mother had done, but Wendle declined. Subsequently, Wim discussed his parents with the pirate named Jod Na Nawood, who assured him that he would be reunited with his parents before long. However, Wim countered that this was not the case concerning his mother, leading Na Nawood to suggest that the boy should try to forget about his parents.

Biography

Wim (pictured) was the individual's son.

The human boy, Wim, was the son of a female individual, who would often read stories to him. In 9 ABY, at his home on the planet At Attin—a world isolated from the galaxy by the Barrier—Wim, feeling unable to sleep, asked his father, Wendle, to read him a bedtime story as his mother used to do. However, Wendle responded that he needed to work and that Wim was too old for such stories.

Later, along with a group of other children, Wim stumbled upon the starship Onyx Cinder and became lost when they accidentally initiated a jump to hyperspace. These children eventually formed an alliance with the pirate Jod Na Nawood and journeyed to the planet Lanupa, hoping to discover the coordinates of At Attin in order to return there. During their travels, Na Nawood found Wim sitting on the floor of the ship. Wim confessed that while he had desired an adventure, the reality was different from his expectations, and that he missed both his mother and father. Na Nawood reassured Wim that he would see them again soon and began to walk away, but Wim declared that he would not see his mother again. Na Nawood then sat down with Wim and advised him to forget his fears, anxieties, and parents, claiming he did not need attachments, but Wim insisted that he could not.

Behind the scenes
