The collection of forty-two floating islands known as the World Pavilions were built specifically for the Valo Republic Fair. These pavilions, positioned over Lonisa City, showcased a variety of important members from within the Galactic Republic, such as Spira, Bestine, Boz Pity, Jaresh, Alderaan, Onderon, Rhinnal, and Hetzal Prime. The largest island, located in the center, was a representation of Coruscant, which served as the Republic's capital. Repulsorlifts kept the islands afloat, and each island featured recreations of the represented planets' ecosystems, sustained via advanced environmental regulation systems. This allowed things like the snow on Rhinnal's island to remain frozen despite the summer temperatures of Valo. During a Nihil attack on the fair, the pavilions were obliterated, falling from the sky and crashing into either the city itself or into Lake Lonisa.
