Xavi Brightsun was a male human inhabiting the planet Jakku, specifically the settlement known as Reestkii, a desert environment. Following the Battle of Endor, Zygerrian enslavers attacked Reestkii, capturing Xavi and the other inhabitants and confining them within the town hall. During their imprisonment, Bobbajo, a Nu-Cosian who sold pets, entertained the children by recounting a story of his and his animal friends' escape from the Death Star during the Battle of Yavin. After the story concluded, the storyteller exited the town hall and announced that all of the enslavers had been defeated by unknown individuals, enabling the people of Reestkii to take possession of the Zygerrians' accumulated riches.
